The Friends & Family Test is a survey commenced in December 2014 and is an on-going survey throughout the NHS. The results of the survey are published both on the website and in the waiting area on a monthly basis.  You can access the survey at any time via our website at www.kennethmacraemedicalcentre.co.uk or in paper format from the waiting room or any of the consulting rooms during or following consultation.

Just one Friends & Family Test questionnaire was submitted via the box during the month of January 2020.  No questionnaires were submitted electronically.
